“Open Access” means the ability to freely read, download, copy content for educational and scientific purposes, to find or attach to the full texts of relevant articles, to use for the compilation of indexes, to enter them as data in the software, or to use for other legitimate purposes for the absence of financial, legal and technical barriers, with the exception of those governing access to the Internet itself. The only restriction on the reproduction and distribution of publications and the only condition of copyright in this area should be the author’s right to control the integrity of his work and binding references to his name when using the work and its citation.
